If travelling from the Lower Mainland – Ruddocks is approximately a 4 hour drive from the Lower Mainland. Take Hwy # 1 to the town of Lytton, BC. You are now on Highway 12. As you cross the bridge that intersects the Fraser and Thompson Rivers set your odometer to 0. Stay on Highway 12 for approximately 19 km, until you see a dirt road on your right. Turn right onto the Laluwissin Creek Forest Service Road. (There is a sign here set quite far off the road).
If travelling from Lillooet – Stay on Highway 12 and at approximately 40 km past Lillooet you will see a forest service road on your left. Turn left here onto the Laluwissin Creek Forest Service Road. (There is a sign here set quite far off the road).
Directions from Lytton and Lillooet: Once you are on the Laluwissin Creek Forest Service Road, follow this windy, rocky and bumpy logging road for 9 km uphill.
When you arrive at a fork in the road you will see a red gate. Please proceed through the gate. You are at Ruddocks! (If you have booked with us you will be provided with the gate code.)
Please follow the long driveway to the lodge to check in.
*Due to recent wildfire in the Village of Lytton the only services available in the town are two gas stations.
